# Staking & Royalties

## Staking rewards

The reward for stacking will be divided in the following manner:

* 60% will be dedicated to the lottery. It will ensure a minimum of \~4.5 $EGLD per months to be shared amongs the pools.
* 40% of the funds will be allocated to the team, enabling the club to properly compensate its employees.

## Royalties

The distribution of royalties will be as follows:

* 50% will be used to boost the lottery rewards every week, which will increase the amount of $EGLD given back to Divergent Club members.
* 25% will be deposited into the President of the Club's funds wallet to support the growth and development of the community.
* 25%  of the funds will be allocated to the team for various expenses.
